Will all of my ordered items arrive together?
If your order contains multiple hampers all going to the same delivery address, it is likely that your entire order will be delivered at once. Each hamper is sent as its own individual parcel, with its own shipping label. This means that on rare occasions, parcels can be separated from each other in transit. In this case, the hampers will arrive within a day of each other.
How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
You will need to contact Gourmet Basket urgently on 1300 354 393 or email service@gourmetbasket.com.au and advise the correct address. Addresses cannot be changed after 4.00 pm on each shipping day.

What is the Gourmet Basket returns policy?
If an item has been purchased as a gift and has been delivered without any damage, Gourmet Basket will not offer a refund. If an item you have received has been damaged in any way or is out of date, you may contact the Gourmet Basket customer service team on 1300 353 393 and they will replace the defaulted items.
If you are wanting to exchange an item, Gourmet Basket will happily do so once it has arrived back at their warehouse in its original unopened condition. Unless faulty, shipping costs must be covered by yourself.
